Celebrating Territory students at annual NTBOS Awards
Top‑scoring students from across the Northern Territory were recently recognised for their outstanding achievements in the 2025 school year at the Northern Territory Board of Studies (NTBoS) Awards, celebrated in both Darwin and Alice Springs.
These annual awards honour the achievements, hard work, dedication and focus of students across the Territory, while also acknowledging the tremendous support of educators and families who have helped them strive, achieve and succeed.
Last year was an exceptional year for Territory education, with 1536 students successfully completing and receiving their Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training (NTCET), an increase of 89 students compared with 2024.
The NTBoS Award ceremonies featured a total of 83 awards across 31 categories, presented to 60 outstanding Territory students. The celebrations drew a standing ovation from proud educators and families, recognising the remarkable achievements of this year’s recipients.
