Leaders emerging in Central Australia
The first NTG Emerging Leaders Program delivered in Alice Springs has recently wrapped up with 5 Department of Education and Training staff from Central Australia completing the professional development course. Cohort 5, made up of 35 NTG employees explored leadership development, performance enhancement and capability strengthening over a 3 month period.
