Amazing work to our NT students, Casuarina Senior College Zane Edwards and Taminmin College Tahya Anderson, who were announced winners at the 2024 NT Training Awards.

These annual awards recognise training excellence and achievements by NT businesses, training organisations, apprentices, trainees, trainers and students.

Zane was awarded the School-based Apprentice or Trainee of the Year for his efforts in construction and engineering. He has completed a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and is doing exceptionally well with his current employer, LP Airconditioning.

Tahya was awarded the VET in Schools Student of the Year. Tahya has completed a Certificate I and II in Racing, and is now studying a Certificate III in Agriculture and Certificate IV in Vet Nursing. She is achieving great things with her current employer, Humpty Doo Veterinary Hospital.

What a terrific acknowledgment of these student’s hard work. Congratulations, Zane and Tahya!
